Lance Litchfield has a love of classical guitar music and an affinity with making and designing things, which combined, led him to becoming a luthier.

Since 1991 he has been refining his instruments and optimizing sounds, experimenting with strutting patterns, and materials. Typically this has taken the form of carbon reinforced, modified fan strutting.

Each of his guitars is a combination of body design and top design which work together to produce a guitar with a controlled, deeper and 'cleaner' sound.
